The Kathleen Jordan Flood Real Estate Collection, 1994-2008, was accumulated as a result of Flood's work as a real estate agent for Shannon & Luchs and consists of flyers, pamphlets, and photographs of single family homes, apartments, condominiums, and a few business properties, which were being sold. Most, but not all, real estate in this collection is in the northwest quadrant. The collection also includes information on the Cleveland Park and Spring Valley neighborhoods as well as on blocks parties held at Rittenhouse Street.
